Colin & Katie

I can still remember when my stepson Colin first introduced Peter and I to Katie. I immediately liked her a lot. Not only is she beautiful, she is also very thoughtful, kind and very easy to get along with. Now four years later, I couldn't be happier taking their engagement photos and will be happier still when they get married in the fall of 2018 and Katie officially becomes our daughter in law.

For this styled shoot, my first in New England since moving into our new beach house, I was involved in planning their outfits - incorporating Colin's love for bright and colorful shirts, to overseeing Katie's make up done at Sephora in Newport. Before they arrived for the week to celebrate Colin's birthday here in Narragansett, I did some location scouting for areas which I though would provide a gorgeous backdrop for this stunning couple. Through my lens, I've captured some beautiful, tender and sweet moments that I am excited to share with you...
