Luiza's 1st Birthday

Twinkle, twinkle little star, one year old is what you are...

It has been quite a while, 4 years as a matter of fact, since I have done a first birthday party so I was more than happy to accommodate this request for me to capture the festivities around their darling little girl's birthday celebration with family and friends. I was reminded of why I got into photography in the first place - capturing milestones of my little one's (who are now adults). Back then I was a novice photographer experimenting with her first SLR camera and just praying for one good photo. Funny, it's a line I tell all my clients "all we need is one great photo"! Thankfully, I have more than enough know how plus a great camera and some very good lenses that we always come away with more than one great photo... here are some of my favorites.
