The famed cherry blossoms around the tidal basin in DC were in full bloom for this lovely couple's engagement shoot. Sarah contacted me a few days prior and asked if I was available that weekend as the cherry blossoms would be at their peak. Fortunately - as I had quite the busy weekend with celebrating my stepson's engagement on Friday night and a girlfriend's birthday Saturday night - I was open and able to shoot their photos on a Sunday afternoon.
