Elizabeth & Julian

This sweet couple loves winter and Bohrer park is a favorite of theirs - so it was quite perfect that we do their engagement shoot at the park and during one of the coldest Saturdays to date. Julian and Elizabeth are both from the mid west, Illinois and Wisconsin respectively so this was nothing to them. While I was all bundled up with hat, scarf and gloves to boot, they were both dressed casually like it was a gorgeous fall day.

I enjoyed working with with Julian and Elizabeth who were both very shy at first. We chatted a bit while I took some test shots. It turns out they found me through good old Google:). Elizabeth knew I was Filipino from my linked in profile and mentioned that Julian is also Filipino... so we talked about their favorite Filipino dishes, pancit, adobo and lumpia of course! Soon after they were both much more relaxed and I was able to capture their warmth and intimacy which showed through even on a very cold day. Here are a few of my faves!
